For the batter:
200 gm g flour water
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon crushed cumin salt
1 teaspoon soda bi-carb oil for deep frying chaat masala
How to Create Paneer Pakoras
Make a thick batter with warm water, flour, red chilli powder, cumin, turmeric, salt and pop bi-carb.
Subsequently coat each slice with all the batter and deep fry.
Sprinkle with chaat masala and serve with ketchup or chutney.
Crucial Ingredients: Gram flour, red chilli, turmeric, baking soda, Cottage Cheese, Cumin Seeds, Vegetable oil, salt
